Warner Communications Group Announces Erin Vadala to Assume Leadership Role

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Erin Vadala to the role of President of Warner Communications Group. Erin, a 14-year veteran of the firm, succeeds Carin Warner, the agency’s founder. Erin will be charged with leading client relations, strategic planning and agency growth, and also welcome here to Millwright’s Agency Leadership Team working alongside myself, Eileen Rochford (COO), Rick Belgarde (CFO), and Brian Regan, president of sister firm Actual Agency.

Erin joined the team at Warner Communications in 2004, assuming increasing responsibility throughout her tenure with the agency, and having previously served in marketing and communications roles with leading technology companies including Aspen Technology, Cognizant, and Pilot Software (now SAP).

A seasoned agency leader, Erin has developed and executed strategic campaigns for renowned brands such as Yesway, Advanced Technology Services, The International Window Film Association, Cumberland Farms, Wellness Natural Pet Food, Saucony, and many more. Erin holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Voice Performance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Master of Music in Voice Performance and a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy, both from the New England Conservatory of Music.
