Millwright Holdings Acquires Warner Communications

SAN FRANCISCO—November 20, 2017 – Millwright Holdings, LLC has acquired Boston-based public relations agency Warner Communications. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Warner acquisition aligns with Millwright’s strategy of backing independent agencies that deliver exceptional results for clients and are great places to work.
